By using coinci, you agree to these terms.

  1. Service
    Coinci provides random 1:1 video call matching within themed communities.


  2. Membership

  • €3/month for one monthly video call

  • Additional calls available for €3 each

  • Cancel anytime

  1. Your Responsibilities

  • Be respectful during calls

  • No harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate behavior

  • You must be 18 or older

  1. Refunds
    Cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months. If your match doesn't show up, contact us for a free rescheduled call.


  2. Termination
    We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
